We are seeking for Recruiter to join our Talent Team with the following qualifications;

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economy, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Human Resources, Social Science and/or other related field
• Minimum 3 years of previous experience in recruitment and employer branding (preferably in recruitment agency for a year)
• Strong skills in MS Office programs
• Experience with using online recruitment portals
• Strong communications and presentation skills
• English language skills - excellent written and verbal communication
• Male candidates must have fulfilled their military service obligations

İŞ TANIMI

• Execute the corporate recruitment strategy to ensure to attract and retain the best candidates and increase company reputation as an employer-of-choice
• Support recruitment team in recruitment process including cv searching and screening
• Organizing the interviews with Service Lines and following recruitment flow
• Taking an active role in whole recruitment process
• Conducting career activities at target universities to increase our brand strength and communicate potential candidates closer
• Contributing in preparation and execution of all recruitment related projects
• Periodical reporting of all tasks
