QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Learning & Development Manager

To provide training and development support for staff in the Hotel through researching, developing, implementing, administering and evaluating employee training and development activities.

Main Duties :

  • To coordinate training and development efforts
  • To plan, coordinate and conduct core trainings for new employees.
  • To assist in identification of training needs.
  • To evaluate and recommend external programmes, and disseminate information on self-development options and programmes.
  • To coordinate and administer all training grant claims and reimbursements.
  • To prepare training plans and monthly forecasts.
  • To prepare, monitor and supervise utilization of training budgets.
  • To prepare training reports, processing of invoices and tracking of expenses.
  • To schedule internal training activities and facilities.
  • To implement and monitor management trainee programmes.
  • To administer training bonds of employees and Hotel-sponsored trainees.
  • To coordinate, recruit other local hotel training institutions.
  • To coordinate, recruit and monitor foreign trainees.
  • To administer and maintain documentation and records for all training related activities.
  • To participate & lead in the employee committee.
  • To comply with Hotel and Departmental policies and procedures at all times.
  • To carry out any other duties as and when assigned by the Management of the Hotel.
  • To be concentrate on team members needs & yearly CES actions

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree completed in related areas
  • Hotel experience is a must at least 5+ years.
  • Proven record of success in training, quality, or operational process improvement
  • Experience in people management, process design and KPI tracking
  • Advanced level of English

Preferred Candidate

Bachelor’s(Graduate), Master’s(Graduate)
English(Reading : Good, Writing : Good, Speaking : Good)
