QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Description


Setting up and developing new business partnerships with distributors, wholesalers, national and/or international retailers (supermarket, chains, DIY shops, etc.) in designated area.

- Managing the existing business partners, identifying the growth areas, executing relevant strategies and sales activities in order to improve the business results and ensuring high level of customer satisfaction.

- Following up and managing the whole export process from the order receipt till the delivery of goods in coordination with other relevant departments.

- Monitoring and analyzing market developments, competitor activities, risks and opportunities, preparing an action plan and executing it in order to improve the business results and realize the sales targets.

- Performing accurate forecasting activities based on past data and current business results considering the new trends in the market, risks, opportunities and other critical criteria.

- Travelling abroad for existing and/or new business partner visits and attending international fairs in order to represent the company.

- Monitoring the internal and external progress daily and reporting to the management regularly.



Qualifications


- Preferably Experienced in the sector of Household Cleaning Items and Kitchenware Products

- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position.

- Good command of English language is mandatory. second language is a plus.

- Strategical thinking & analytical & negotiation skills.

- Organized, systematic, reliable and team worker

- Goal - oriented, innovative and problem solver

- Commercial perspective & customer focus.

- Risk & opportunity awareness.

- Communication & relationship skills with all organizational levels.

- Planning & execution & coordination & time management skills.

- Good command of Microsoft Office tools.

- No restrictions to travel abroad.

- No military obligation for male candidates.
