· Bachelor degree from Engineering Faculties.
· At least 2 years experiences in dynamic business life.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Outstanding negotiation skills and ability to influence with confident communication skills.
· Excellent presentation skills.
· Self-motivated, proactive, sharp minded, innovative.
· Strong team oriented approach.

Mission
To maximize sales and profitability of the aftermarket business by promoting sales of service products (Part, Training and Maintenance) new and existing customers, in accordance with agreed business plans. To be open for innovations, increase the level of customer satisfaction while supporting them through sustainable productivity.
Major responsibilities
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· Fulfill service revenue and profitability targets in assigned territory and increase the capture rate of service products.
· Proactive communicate with customers to understand their needs on aftermarket service.
· Propose suitable service products technically and commercially with excellent presentation and communication on-site and off-site.
· Work in cooperation with product sales team to expand the service market and become a solution provider for the customers.
· Cooperate with other service team members to deliver committed service in high standard.
· Cooperate with finance to make sure that account receivables are collected in time according to payment term.
· Tracing all service demand until order receive.
· Timely feedback sales information on service product by weekly plan and report.
· Building relationships and maintaining contact with Technical, Finance, Supply Chain divisions;
· Understanding key customers by joint visits with the sales and technical service teams.
