We are now looking for Accounting (Associate) Manager to be a member of one of our leading biotechnology company clients with the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferably in related disciplines such as Economics, Accounting, Business Administration and Finance.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in finance roles (predominantly in accounting, tax management & reporting) in international companies, experience in pharma/biotechnology industry is a plus
• Proven track record in Turkish taxation as well as accounting know-how of local GAAP and US GAAP
• Strong knowledge of Oracle ERP, or similar ERP system
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a positive attitude as a business partner
• Ability to influence and impact senior stakeholders & maintain relationships with international shared services
• Adaptable to changing business dynamics
• Willing to travel outside the country for business purposes

İŞ TANIMI

• Ensuring that accounting and tax reporting of the company are accurate and in line with intercompany, local GAAP and US GAAP standards
• Actively working in month-end closing in alliance with shared services and financial planning and commercial teams
• Work closely with international Finance Shared Service and regional HQ to create an effective accounting & tax operation locally
• Act as the internal controller of company policies relating to accounting and tax management
• Full accountability in accurate and on-time reporting of Corporate tax
