We are operating in 29 countries and exporting into more than 100 countries including the USA, Mexico, Canada, Romania, Germany, Poland.

Responsible for managing all HR functions, setting the policies and develop & drive a solid Performance and Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Organizational Development, Compensation and Benefits, Learning & Development, Employee Engagement and Employee Branding strategy for the Farmasi Group, this person will report directly to Global Human Resources Director.

Main Responsibilities

·       Build and maintain positive relationship with employees and management teams,

·       Act as a consultant for HR Business Partners and line managers in terms of HR practices,

·       Ensure integrated end to end HR services in the areas of talent acquisition, employee retention, learning & development, employee relations & performance management,

·       Execute best practice HR implementations and systems,

·       Fulfill vacancies with rights talents,

·       Take steps to ensure positive candidate experience to support employer branding,

·       Manage external 3rd parties regarding talent acquisitions activities,

·       Collaborate across different levels of the hierarchy in an international environment,

·       Provide guidance to business lines, workforce planning and succession planning,

Skills and Experience

·       University Degree (in related fields)

·       Minimum 7 years in HR and having min 5 years as a HR Generalist/Business Partner

·       Proven experience of working in HR Generalist or HR Business Partner role preferably in a global environment or in a multinational company (experience in product-based companies with distribution centers or FMCG is a plus)

·       Excellent command of English (written and spoken)

·       Proficiency in German and/or Spanish is a plus

·       Effective communication and presentation skills

·       Proficient in MS Office and preferably in SAP HR / Success Factors

·       Comfortable working in a dynamic and constantly changing environment
