Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Relations & Labor Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Psychology, Sociology or closely related field,
• Min 3 years of work experience as HR Business Partner or HR Generalist Roles.
• Excellent working knowledge of employment law with the ability to apply it practically to workplace situations.
• Excellent understanding of HR best practice and ability to apply this to employee experiences cases.
• Excellent analytical and administrative skills, great speed of execution and attention to detail.
• High adaptation and accountability skills.
• Flexibility in approaching work situations.
• Competent in dealing with difficult situations.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to multi-task.
• Excellent customer experience skills.
• Excellent communication skills.

Job Responsibilities :

Human Resource Strategy Management:

• Provide generalist operational and strategic HR Business Partner support across responsible accounts.
• Taking part in development of the Employee Life cycle process’ projects. (Recruitment, On boarding, Development, Retention, and Exit).
• Build and maintain operationally excellent data tracking processes to capture application, interview and hiring activity across the business accounts.
• Work alongside in-house HR team and external recruitment agencies (as required) in the sourcing, resume screening, candidate interviewing, and consulting to hiring managers.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Employees E2E management:

• To work alongside with line managers to understand the business needs and develop customized solutions & projects.
• To conduct internal interviews with the employees, in order to receive feedbacks, design development action plans in light of the analysis and present the results & action plans to top management.
• Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues.
• Conduct effective, thorough and objective investigations.

HR Integration Solution:

• Provide the HR integration solution to help department business achieve the goal, to solve the HR related issues and difficulties in department, provide the professional solution to improve the organization capability.
