QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

• Graduated from the related departments of universities
• 2-3 years of experience in the field of technical sales-marketing-project position
• Have a good level of English knowledge to communicate verbally and in written
• Able to use advanced MS Office programs
• Having strong human relations and advanced problem-solving skills
• Completed military duties for male candidates
• Residing in Kocaeli or Istanbul Anatolian side / will be able to
• Eager to present new ideas, willing to develop business

Job Description:

Farplas a leading company in the global automotive supply industry of plastic system components is looking for “Sales & Project Engineer” to join our team.

• Take part in marketing plan preparation and take an active role to determine potential customers and implement actions for the objectives according to the strategies,
• Play an active role commercialization of new projects and sharing them with our customers by following new technologies and trends with our R&D and engineering teams,
• Leading the RFQ process for new projects by conducting the feasibility studies with all other teams, making the cost analysis and managing the negoiations with the customers.

• Prepare and follow up project schedules, resources and information and work with the customer and the team to define and meet the requirements, scope and objectives for a project.

• Lead the projects according to the timing plan and within the proposed budget.

• Conducting cost follow activities during the Project phase and engineering changes. Making agreements fr serial pricing and tracking of price agreements during the serial life.

• Following engineering changes in products, calculating their effects on costs, preparing investment proposals, carrying out the change process with the team.

• Representing Farplas and up to date capabilities of Farplas to new and the existing customers. Take part in tech-days and exhibitions for business development and marketing activities.
