QUALIFICATIONS     

• Strong academic background in Accounting and Finance, University Degree
• Minimum 1 Year of experience in the finance department
• Knowledge of accounting principles, local legislation, Financial Analysis Tools, and Cost Controlling Management
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken) and mother tongue Turkish.
• Resilient and self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility
• Strong written/verbal communication skills.
• Result-oriented with a strong focus on continuous improvement.
• Demonstrated capability to successfully partner with peers and senior business leaders

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for an F&A Assistant to join our F&A team in our production plant located in Gebze. The F&A Assistant will work on the Fiscal Year Budget, the forecasting and simulations in the short, medium and long term of the CCP (Plant Controlled Cost), as well as ensure the development of the analysis of their performance and any deviations from the planned targets, in order to contribute to the achievement of the objectives of establishment cost reduction.

He/She will:

• Elaborating the budget settlement and proposing it to the approval of his direct Supervisors, directly involving area managers concerned and taking care of the proper collection and processing of all the necessary information.
• Elaborating and proposing to your direct Supervisors, the simulation of the general trends of the plant (expenses, depreciation, productivity, etc.), in order to create a correct reference scenario, to allow effective short, medium and long term decision making.
• Ensuring proper use of the SAP information system, ensuring training, awareness and the necessary operational support (procedures and allocation criteria) to all the plant leaders, in order to ensure the reliability of financial and operating information entered into the information system.
• Assuring the constant monitoring of trends of expenditure by cost center of the plant versus planned, by analyzing the significant indicators (key factors) and the various charges into SAP, ensuring availability of timely and reliable information through cost accounting reporting.
• Guarantee, working together with the owner of each cost center and on the basis of SAP reports, the government of the cost phenomena, to ensure compliance with the approved budget.- Managing invoices process to be sure that invoices are paid successfully or starting request return invoice, starting also request for invoicing process after creating sales order
• Reporting Accounting department monthly Production Data
• Managing Petty Cash and reporting to Central F&A Department
