QUALIFICATIONS

·       Bachelor degree in related engineering sections such as Chemical etc.

·       Manufacturing Industry; especially Chemical Industry background

·       More than 10 years of experience

·       Experience in Quality Management processes and standards ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and ISO 9001.

·       Good knowledge of MS Office tools,

·       Good knowledge in Problem Solving Tools (8D, 5 Why, etc)  

·       Fluent in English

·       Proactive mindset, taking the initiative, identifying opportunities, putting forward ideas & solutions

·       Team player with good communication and persuasion skills, impact and influence

·       The ability of cross-functionality and coordination skills

·       Residing in Istanbul (Anatolian side) or Kocaeli,

·       Multinational Mindset

 JOB DESCRIPTION

QUALITY-LAB-MSDO

 ·      Ensuring that the plant quality system maintains the capacity necessary to achieve the quality objectives set, by co-ordinating the implementation of the activities related to the quality system.

·       Ensuring that the QA programme complies with the requirements.

·       Developing internal procedures to regulate quality system implementation activities, by carrying out internal auditing activities, in order to verify that current systems are applied and to identify possible areas for improvement.

·       Together with their staff, ensuring that the quality standards of materials and any actions necessary in case of deviation are defined, and that raw material suppliers are qualified.

·       Within their own area of responsibility, ensuring that the master plan activities connected with the various pillars of the IWS programme are carried out.

·       Carrying Quality Control processes regarding the related standards and regulations, doing workflows, evaluation of the analyses and reporting of the results,

·       Analyzing Quality Control data and initiate corrective and preventive actions,

·       Planning and application of quality projects with national and international suppliers, and reporting of the projects.

·       Collaboration with other departments to maintain the product quality standards and perform the Quality Control activities according to the company instructions and regulations,

·       Ensuring that people assigned to work under them are enhanced, motivated and involved by ensuring that the objectives set are achieved and making suggestions to the immediate Superior as regards any changes to remuneration and development.

·       Ensuring that all activities (“experimental orders” of new raw materials and technologies, traceability systems, validation of machines in terms of technology, process and information systems, information on complaints) that are necessary to meet the required quality standards are performed, in order to prevent any production defects/withdraw any defective products or to identify any situations where the Manufacturer may be liable towards final consumers.
