Genel Nitelikler (Job Requirements)

• Perfect English knowledge
• Excellent written/reporting and verbal communication skills.
• Working knowledge in technical environment
• Good working knowledge of MS Windows OS, Cad software and networking.
• Clear customer focus and an ability to understand their immediate needs and issues.
• Experience in Core Tools(APQP,PPAP,MSA,SPC,FMEA)

İŞ TANIMI

• Track and organize all open Engineering/Quality tasks highlighted or captured by his own in OEM customer facility or launch office
• Track all customer milestones and creates/coordinates all tasks between Team and customer or Tear#1.
• Support or coordinate all different customer events (product or process Trials/Engineering review or validation/ customer testing or meetings etc) 
• To build phases and improvements during ramp up / launch of system up to start of regular production.
  
• Serve as the interface with the customer regarding Quality and process any customer complaints.
• Checks and reports product compliance with quality standards by sampling method. It conducts these studies in a timely, costly and quality manner.
• SPC (Statistical Process Control) and capacity practices.
• Provide visual approvals for all commodities.
• Conducts MSA (Measurement System Analysis) practices.
