About the Role:

• For our location based in Istanbul, we are looking for a Marketing Manager Kinder who will report both to the General Manager and to the Area Marketing Category Manager
• The position will be mainly in charge of supporting the strategy definition including positioning and planning/budgeting process for the assigned group of products from a country perspective, giving input to the Region/Area strategic process. The qualifications and responsibilities are mentioned below.

Main tasks;

• Analyses and builds a country specific expertise on the
• long term brand performance, competitors, trends and consumer understanding
• Provides inputs to the long-term strategic planning process and the short term budgeting process to achieve optimal setting of country specific targets with respect to volumes, P&L, investments and the global activity plan
• Supports proposal, implementation and follow up of sales plans, together with Sales and Trade Marketing
• Assessing, understanding and analyzing the P&L and the effect driving it to ensure overall budget constraints
• Drives the gap analysis versus budget targets under year and suggests corrective measures and/ or budget reviews
• Provides input to communication, advertising and media strategies, incl. identification of target audiences and participation in definition of media mix (including sponsoring) to maximize impact of advertising campaigns
• Supports the definition of the promotion strategy and promotion planning
• Coordinates the local input to the processes of creating new/ changing existing SKUs
• Coordinates the local process of externalized customization of consumer and trade units within strict boundaries of global guidelines

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related fields. Master degree in Marketing is a plus.
• Min. 8 years of marketing experience in FMCG company with a deep team management experience
• Having good knowledge of computer skills (MS Office, SAP knowledge is a plus),
• Fluent in English both written and spoken, Italian is a plus,
• Analytical mind with strong planning and organizational skills,
• Able to work in a multitask and multicultural environment,
• Self-motivated with good communication and excellent presentation skills,
