QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for an Istanbul based Supply Chain Procurement Manager who will be reporting professionally to APAC-MEA Supply Chain Procurement Manager, managerially Turkey bases Supply Chain Director. The responsibilities and the qualifications are mentioned below .

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Logistics or a related field,
  
• Min. 5 years of procurement and logistics operations experience in a multinational company,
  
• Specific knowledge of contract management, negotiation and logistics procurement,
  
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications,
  
• Fluency in English,
  
• Result oriented, open to change and customer focused,
  
• No restrictions for travelling.
  

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Responsible for the procurement of all supply chain related needs: primary and secondary freight and all linked activities (2PLs, 3PLs, 4PLs),
  
• Responsible for bidding/tendering processes,
  
• Supports services implementations and guarantee contract terms and conditions,
  
• Implements procurement processes and systems in order to guarantee flexibility, efficiency and supplier development,
  
• Supports on supply chain supplier contracts and claim management,
  
• Responsible for supplier’s evaluation (KPI monitoring feedback),
  
• Responsible for spend and deviation tracking,
  
• Leads efforts to evaluate alternative purchasing networks that optimize cost and service objectives while considering changes in business and customer profiles,
  
• Manages RFI/RFQ processes,
  
• Responsible for customs brokers relationship in order to guarantee processes compliance,
  
• Ensures alignment with Group Risk Compliance policy.
