About the Role:

We are looking for a Duzce based "Process Engineer" who will be directly reporting to Düzce Plant Manager. The responsibilities and the qualifications are mentioned below:

Qualifications

• Proven work experience in process engineering
• Good process skills
• Knowledge of food process
• Knowledge of Project Mangement
• Familiarity with quality, health and safety regulations
• Knowledge of IS9000, FSSC22000 standards
• Analytical thinker with interpersonal skills
• BS degree in Engineering (food, industrial)

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop, configure and optimize industrial processes from inception through to start up
• Assess processes, take measurements and interpret data
• Develop best practices, routines and innovative solutions to improve production rates and quality of output by applying continuous improvement
• Research and development of new equipment
• Manage new investment in time and budget plan
• Manage cost and time constraints
• Data collection, interpretation and report writing
• Presentation of data and reports to senior colleagues and management
• Provide process documentation and operating instructions
• Follow up quality/H&S/customer complaint/internal&external audit countermeasures
