Demand and Production Planning Team Leader

We are looking for a teammate with the following qualifications to work as a “Demand and Production Planning Team Leader for our Company’s Planning department, which operates in the food sector with 100% Italian capital.

• Degree in Engineering Sciences
• 8-10 years’ experience in SC planning for demand/production/MRP.
• No restriction for travelling
• No military obligation for male candidates
• Strong working knowledge of  SAP MM and Microsoft Office Programmes
• Fully proficiency in English
• Driving Licence is necessary.

İŞ TANIMI

Demand and Production Planning

• Coordination of planners
• Collecting demand from Central Team and from B2B
• Production planning for Ferrero and B2B
• Weekly production planning of Hazelnut plants relating with Plant Logistics /Scheduling in the agreed horizon
• Inbound flow planning in close connection with Procurement team
• Projection of output/stock to end of campaign
• Contribute to prepare budget volumes, with periodical revisions

 
SC Improvement /KPI Projects

• Daily business position
• Monthly company position in an S&OP approach
• Budget vs actual monthly report
• KPIs on planning
• Stock reconciliation analysis and reporting
• WH Service level analysis and reporting
• Transport Service level analysis and reporting
• Continuous Improvements and implementation of  agreed action plans
