For our Planning Department in Manisa plant, we are currently looking for Planning Engineer to be responsible for material planning, scheduling and long term planning.  

In this role, you will be reporting to the Plant Operating Planning Manager and be a vital point of contact for our plant which grows in each step. Becoming a part of this growing company, you will make this growth more efficient.

Main Responsibilities:

• You will ensure management of every customer’s weekly requests for following weeks, subdivided by type of a product, raw and packaging, considering available material.
• You will collaborate with management of the personnel: On the base of plans of short, medium and long term, Planning established in collaboration with a position holder  number of working days, number of shifts and  personnel necessary for realization of what was requested
• You will implement program of daily production of the plant
• You will be responsible for supervision of materials
• You will ensure short-term elaboration of supply plans
• You will make requisitions for raw materials and packaging, according to the proper management of stock levels of the storehouse
• You will define the weekly delivery plan in agreement with the supplier of raw and packaging material
• You will ensure that ordered materials arrive on time and in the quantities agreed with the supplier

• Bachelors degree
• Preferably experience in a similar position
• Advanced level of Excel and SAP PP
• Good communication skills with result orientation followed with proactive approach 
• A vision to show and understand potential investment opportunities
