- University degree or 4th grade stuedent in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or related fields,
- Able to continue 5 days in a week, at least 3 days,
- Excellent organization and planning skills, ability to work with strict deadlines,
- Strong communication skills,
- Excellent command of written and spoken English,
- Strong analytical skills with advanced MS Office experience,
- Quality System& Management and/or Consumer Service Unit Background
- Result oriented for projects,
- Technical information of Food Technology,
- Strong ability to work in a Multi-Tasking environment,
İŞ TANIMI
• Sharing information with Call Center about DQG guidelines,
• Following all process related with consumer complaints (task distribution, sample following, getting answer from factory),
• On the basis of quality targets set by Country Quality Manager, to define and implement improvement of Call Center,
• Providing support to team member, especially in Consumer Service Unit and Quality Projects,
• Following to Quality Projects and preparing related data,
• Giving reports about consumer service unit,
• Giving reports about quality projects.
