QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for both İstanbul & İzmir based Sales Representatives who will be directly reporting to Field Sales Supervisor. The responsibilities and the qualifications are mentioned below:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field,
  • 1-3 years of experience especially Sales in FMCG,
  • Good communication skills in English,
  • Advanced level of MS Office applications,
  • Team player, flexible and result-oriented, multi-tasking,
  • Proactivity and strategic thinking,
  • Skilled in sales competencies (understanding the customer, planning, analyzing and negotiating, follow up),
  • Good analytical skills and interpersonal relationship skills.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Understanding the customer and needs, build and maintain constructive relationship with customer counterparts in the field,
  • Communicating all activities agreed on head office level to stores to achieve implementation and compliance,
  • Performing merchandising activities & coordinate merchandisers,
  • Identifying and communicating business development opportunities,
  • Reporting trade field activities performance and the proper accomplishment of sales conditions, agreements and retail prices trends,
  • Setting and monitoring Point Of Sales Quality KPI targets with special focus to: promotions and action plans, secondary placements, shelf implementation and improvement & out of stocks
  • Monitoring Customer Quality and Freshness KPI targets with special focus to:Provide the store with the right suggested order & stock management,
  • Taking orders in appropriate quantity (where possible),
  • Negotiate at store level according to company guidelines & ensure the achievement of the sales targets for the assigned territory,
  • Implementing Ferrero Building Blocks in the Area managed (Distribution, Visibility, Freshness, Stock Levels, …)
