For further growth of our businesses, we are looking for Plant Quality Leader for our Manisa facility.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for the coordination and developing of the Business Process Management (including Process landscape, definitions, regulations and support for process modelling),

Monitor the cost, effectiveness and reliability of quality management activities to optimize resources, prioritize spending and ensure targets and standards are met,

Responsible for certification processes, conducting internal audits and preparing and accompanying external audits. Ensure that preventive and /or corrective actions are taken on non-conformities or observations.

Develop and distribute the Quality controlling report within the company (important local and international KPI´s), 

Develop and provide appropriate quality management methods and tools for prevention and corrective actions (like FMEA, 7 Q-tools, Six Sigma, etc.).

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in engineering departments,

Minimum 10 years of professional experience and preferred management and 2-3 years of leadership experience necessary,

Technical knowledge in terms of Process Management, Quality Management systems, certifications (ISO9001, VDA 6.3) and methods (FMEA, Control Plan, Inspection Plan, PDCA, SPC)

Excellent command of English is required,

Required Six Sigma green belt or higher,

Experience in project management,

Experience in internal and external audits,

Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, and SAP.
