For further growth of our businesses, we are looking for a Supply Chain Expert to grow our Manisa facility.

Responsibilities

• Represent D-Dimension in purchasing as part of the global QCD team (Quality, Cost, Delivery),
• Defines and carries out strategic Demand and Quantity planning for suppliers (1 year +) and initiates supply chain optimization,
• Identifies and performs supply chain optimizations projects, including e.g. transport, logistics, inventory strategy,
• Participate in on-boarding new suppliers as well drives phase-outs,
• Key Stakeholder for Top supplier selection and supplier rating,
• Negotiates cost relevant logistical optimizations and investments with supplier,
• Implements supplier integration strategy, processes and tools,
• Digitalization of supplier collaboration and integration processes and tools,
• Develops and aligns availability strategies and supplier risk management to secure long-term material availability,
• Owns Tool-Life Management for tool related sub-categories,
• Managing and driving assigned projects to achieve the goals and expected schedules within a matrix organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant departments,
• Minimum 4 years of professional experience,
• Good knowledge of SAP PP and MM, and MS-Office,
• Good communication skills, fluency/proficiency in English language,
• Experience in working on international projects in a matrix organization,
• High level of analytical and holistic thinking and acting, as well as a high degree of problem-solving skills,
• Focused on the added value for the internal and/or external clients; Team player, able to work in a multicultural working environment.
