QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Qualifications

  • At least bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or other Administrative Science departments
  • Strong knowledge about general accounting
  • Min 2-3 years of experience in the field of accounting
  • Analytical minded, strong reporting and communication skills
  • Good team player but able to work autonomously as well

-Knowledge and experience in cost accounting and free zone operations is a plus.

-Experience in a certified public accountant office / free zone accounting operations is a plus.
-Good command of English is not a must but a plus.

 

Job Description

  • Keep accurate records of incoming and outgoing invoices and bank transactions
  • Booking and controlling of personnel expenses
  • Controlling of cost accounts
  • Performing customer and supplier reconciliations
  • Providing support to finance team and financial advisors in month-end closing procedures
  • Providing support to the financial advisor in the preparation of VAT / VAT2, Social Security, Witholding Tax and Corporate Tax Declarations
  • Tracking and reporting of stocks
  • Support other accounting functions
