Qualifications

• Bachelor, MSc or PhD degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electronics, Computer Science, Control and Automation or related field such as Mathematics,
• Software/firmware development experience in one or more languages/platforms/libraries (MATLAB/SimuLink, C/C++, Python)
• AI/ML/Data science experience in one or more languages, frameworks and packages (Python, SQL, Tensorflow, Keras, PyTorch, Scikit-Learn)
• Familiarity with connected vehicles and V2X communication technologies

• Very good written/verbal English communication

• Very good skills of MS-Office experience

• Ability to work in a team as well as autonomously

• Flexible for short trips abroad

Your Tasks

• Development of different levels of autonomous driving functions ranging from Level 2 up to Level 4,
• Development of different ADAS (Active Driver Assistance Systems) functions.
• Develop and maintain software to acquire various sensor inputs including Cameras, LIDAR, Radar, GPS and IMU,
• Develop data/sensor fusion algorithms
• Develop advanced decision making, motion planning and low-level control algorithms of different AV features
• Working on different validation techniques of AV features

• Working jointly with cross-functional teams in the adaptation of existing vehicle subsystems and components for autonomous vehicle applications

• Develop machine learning algorithms with applications specific to autonomous mobility solutions

• Work with structured and unstructured data and develop data handling solutions including but not limited to quality control, pre-processing, and analysis tools/platforms

• Support safety analysis according to ISO 26262 Functional Safety, including item definition, hazard and risk assessment as well as ASIL decomposition to derive an optimal fail-operational architecture
