Automotive Electrical Systems Engineer

FEV Turkey

We are looking for an ‘’Automotive Electrical Systems Engineer” with the following qualifications;

• A degree in electrical, electronics, mechatronics and control from a reputable university
  
• Masters or PhD degree preferred,
  
• Interested in new automotive technologies,
  
• Experience in vehicle network design
  
• Very good knowledge about technological trends for E/E architectures
  
• Experienced in systems engineering approaches to solving problems,
  
• Knowledge about CAN tools (CANalyzer, CANape, CANoe, P-CAN, etc.) and standards,
  
• Experienced in CAN logs analysis for solving problems
  
• Experience in one of electrical distribution system tools such as Capital, VeSys, Zuken, PREEvision, etc.
  
• Basic experience and ability to review and modify data using a CAD package like CATIA,
  
• NX, SolidWorks, etc.
  
• Very good English skills as well as MS-Office experience,
  
• Flexible for short and long term travels abroad,
  
• Self-starter with the ability to work as part of a team in a fast paced environment with minimal supervision,
  
• Professional communication skills and time management,
  

The following are not required but are a plus:

• German language,
  
• No military service obligation.
  

Job Description

• Requirements analysis and definition of technical specifications,
  
• Power supply and energy management analysis
  
• Design of electrical system architecture for automotive applications,
  
• Vehicle network design based on CAN, LIN, FlexRay, Ethernet etc. communication protocols,
  
• HV/LV wiring harness design (Layout, schematics, 2D/3D),
  
• E/E integration and test case activities.
