Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree of related departments from a reputable university, preferably graduated from Electronics or Computer Engineering, Master's or PhD degree is an asset
• Experience in Development and debugging in C / Embedded C 
• Experience in uC drivers, Communication Stack, Diagnostic and Application development
• Knowledge in AUTOSAR
• Knowledge in Basic Software development
• Experience in SW Unit test, Integration and validation testing 
• Experience in Vector tools such as, CANoe, CANape, Polyspace Tool, etc.. 
• Model-Based Design and Development (e.g. MATLAB/Simulink) 
• Auto-Code generation methods and process preferably using MATLAB/Simulink 
• Knowledge and use of version control systems like GIT/SVN/Synergy/Jira
• Knowledge and experience in safety critical and/or control system software development practices       

The following are not required but are a plus: 

• German language, 
• Automotive Software development experience

Job Description

• Develop embedded software for vehicle control system projects
• Definition of application software - basic software interface and development of Link Layer Software
• Develop and configure low level control software
• Development of AUTOSAR based software
• Participate in FMEA analysis meetings
• Decode and develop CAN communication signals of controller
• Development of test cases for control software
• Collaborate with multi discipline and multi cultural project team domestic and abroad
• Support team members in lab and/or vehicle
• Interface with customer and resolve software related issues
• Support quality checks like milestone reviews and quality assessments
• Travel to customer meetings and/or project team for short term or long term
• Reports status to line management activities
