Qualifications

• Graduated from related departments of the university (Economics, Business Administration, International Trade, Foreign Trade departments, etc.)
• Experienced in foreign trade operations, customs legislation, import / export operations
• Having knowledge of customs procedure and shipping process
• Ability to manage customs clearance and logistics process
• Good level of English
  
• Ability to cooperate and communicate effectively with all colleagues
• High level of planning and organizing skills, proactive thinking and detail-oriented 

Job Description

• To carry out all operational processes of import, export and logistics in coordination with business partners (customs brokers, logistics companies, suppliers, etc.)
• To organize all customs clearance processes, import / export operations and documentation
• To ensure internal and external coordination and communication with Customs Brokers / Forwarder / Shipper / Carrier for carrying out the all operations
• To carry out correspondence regarding customs clearance, import / export operations
• To organize and follow up logistics, shipments and customs operations
• To follow up the procedures until the delivery of import / export goods by communicating with the technical departments
• To follow up temporary import and temporary export files
• To prepare documents and reports about import / export operations
• To track the banking and accounting process of import / export operations
• To check and archive the documents / customs declarations
• To follow up the export, import and customs legislation and regulation
