Senior Steering System Engineer

General Requirements:

• Great enthusiasm for working on vehicle development projects
  
• Master or PhD degree in Mechanical, Aviation, Electronics, Mechatronics Engineering from a reputable university
  
• Fluency in English, German will be plus
  
• Military service completed (preferred)
  
• A good and motivated team player, but also well prepared to work independently, result-oriented and ready to take self-initiative
  
• Excellent communication skills
  

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Conceptual and detailed design of wheeled and tracked vehicle over-all steering system
  
• Advance knowledge of Ackermann steering system
  
• Supporting prototype production, serial production, procurement, quality control, testing and verification
  
• Preparation of engineering documentation including 3D models, technical drawings, procedures, verification plans, design guides etc
  
• Interface with program management, systems engineers, safety engineers during the development and verification phases
