GENEL NİTELİKLER VE İŞ TANIMI

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance Management & Offboarding

  • Identify best sourcing options with the recruiter & lead interviewing process,
  • Partner with new-hire manager to develop & deliver individual onboarding plan and overall employee experience,
  • Manage probation reviews and work closely with managers on any performance concerns and/or terminations,
  • Effectively work with managers in relation to voluntary or involuntary resignations including all legalities and ensuring correct processes are followed,
  • Deliver a strong off-boarding experience.


Growth & Development

  • Ensure all individual development & succession plans are completed and approved by managers. Leading Local Talent Reviews with their team,
  • Organize local trainings within agreed budget. Effectively recommend and communicate re learning offerings,
  • Support managers towards promotion, recommendations/announcements,
  • Lead efforts in relation to all people and performance development activities with the managers.


Compensation & Benefits

  • Partner with HR Director on biannual inflation increase process,
  • Partner with managers on annual performance increase process. Lead discussions with functional or senior leaders,
  • Benchmark compensation for positions/levels/roles & complete annual Korn Ferry – HAY Survey,
  • Work with third parties and service providers (training and consulting firms) to assess performance and identify opportunities for process streamlining in line with market practice and delivering better value to the Company and employees.


Engagement

  • Encourage participation to annual employee satisfaction survey, analys results, review with senior leaders and managers and lead collective action planning for each department,
  • Work closely with managers and marketing communications manager to design and deploy a yearly drumbeat of employee engagement activities, based on the employee satisfaction survey action plan, in line with the allocated budget,
  • Work with HR Director, leaders, managers and marketing communications manager to extend company culture and values to all employees from the bottom to the top,
  • Ensure all Contracts / Benefits / Employee Policies are in line with local law and market practice.


REQUIRED COMPETENCIES & CAPABILITIES

  • At least 5 to 8 years of HR knowledge and experience across all facets of HR,
  • Excellent track record of strong performance, ability to prioritize tasks, and experience in leading a small team of HR professionals,
  • Prefably 2-3 years experience with SAP - SuccessFactors,
  • Proven strong leadership capability, highly self-motivated and able to deliver results with the highest standards,
  • Enthusiasm to truly understand the business, the external market environment and the competitive landscape and assist HR Director to create yearly strategic HR plans,
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking and strong operational delivery,
  • Excellent communication, influencing skills and ability to interface across all levels of the organization,
  • Strong coaching, facilitation and intervention skills,
  • Focused and strong drive to build overall capability of talent in the organization,
  • Motivation and drive to deliver changes, to improve processes and results,
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written),


This position will be on-site and based in our Istanbul office.
