QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Who is FiCommerce? 

fiCommerce is an end to end e-commerce solution provider, invested by Bertelsmann SE & Co. KGaA.fiCommerce services include webshop development, order fulfillment, online store and marketplace management, delivery management, customer services to drive brands achieve high quality ecommerce operations. We will expand our operations to Germany, Poland, UK soon. We are looking for a teammate as International Marketplace Specialist.

International Marketplace Specialist (Remote) 

You will work in e-Commerce team and be responsible for our clients’ operation management at international marketplaces like Amazon, Ebay,Aliexpress, Zalando,AboutYou, Otto, Allegro and Bol.com and many others 

What Qualifications Needed? 

·Bachelor’s degree 

·At least 2 years experience at e-commerce marketplace processes like product, order, customer, store and campaign management

·Fluent in both spoken & written German or English

·Customer oriented strong communication skills 

·Good at time planning, organized and managing project deadlines 

·Strong business acumen and analytical skills 

·Proficiency in MS Office applications 

·Being proactive and self-disciplined person 

·A positive attitude and a growth mindset 

·Able to work in a team with interpersonal skills 

·Experience using marketplace integration tools is a plus 

What Will You Do? 

·Consulting our customers to open their stores at marketplaces like Amazon, Ebay, Zalando, Otto, Allegro, Bol.com etc.  

·Following integration with FiPlatform(OMS) and customer platforms for listing products, orders, invoices and cargos

·Following day-to-day marketplace operations and optimizations for all marketplaces include orders, products, returns and current account reconciliation

·If necessary monitoring the stock and prices of the products offered for sale in the marketplaces, aligning with current channels 

·Creating campaigns suitable for current customers aligned with the relevant teams in order to increase sales

·Preparing weekly/monthly marketplace sales reports

·Following-up orders daily to be delivered on time from marketplaces, contacting fulfillment partner for orders that may be delayed

·Preparing weekly/monthly marketplace sales reports 

·Seaching new marketplaces at potential markets
