Who WE are?
Fiba Retail is the sole authority to open and operate Marks & Spencer, Gap, Banana Republic stores in Turkey, Russia, Ukraine, and is located in 9 different cities in Turkey with a total of 81 stores.
We are looking for a high caliber member to join us as a“CRM Supervisor” in our Head Office!
Which responsibilities does an “CRM Supervisor” have?
- Plan, prepare, and execute all CRM campaigns and communications, to drive engagement and conversion, in-line with KPIs
- Ensure target audience, content, design and delivery; always best optimised for maximum return and customer satisfaction
- Report on campaign performance, their impact on key metrics and use data/analytics to validate suggestions, leveraging these insights to drive campaign improvements
- Establish a working relationship with external suppliers
- Continuous A/B testing to optimise return at all time
What are we looking for as a “CRM Supervisor”?
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in similar positions
- Experience of planning, creating and delivering customer communication plans and segmented multi-channel CRM campaigns (SMS, push notifications, e-mail etc.)
- Understanding and experience of continuous test and learn campaigns, use of personalisation, and segmentation to continuously seek ways to improve campaign performance
- Solid experience of working with CRM systems, preferably CRM Dynamics 365
- Competent across all MS Office Applications, particularly in Excel
- A quick learner and problem solver with a strong analytical mindset and eager to learn and develop with a passion for using data to improve campaign performance
- Strong organisational and communication skills
