GENEL NİTELİKLER VE İŞ TANIMI
MISSION
Ensure optimum use of standardized solutions in all product development processes for all business unit clients.
GENERAL FUNCTIONS
- Review designs and effectively manage product modifications at all stages.
- Ensure that prototypes are developed and delivered per the plans defined with the client.
- Participate in product and process FMEA’s.
- With the Quality Design Engineer, analyze the results of the product technical test reports, and find the necessary technical countermeasure solutions.
- Support the business unit's competitiveness, improving costs, quality and product performance, adopting new technical solutions from analyzing the competition, and benchmarking, providing technical support to assembly plants (8D analysis, SOL activity, permanent improvement workshops, etc.).
- Cooperate with Purchasing dept. and suppliers to ensure optimization of components in terms of cost, quality and manufacturability.
- Ensure CAD (3D & 2D) design development.

| Minimum of 1 year in a similar position Knowledge of R&D Tolls (FDS, problem solving, FMEA, GDT, DOE, etc) Well analytical thinking and open minded Knowledge of design validation and design quality Product and industrial knowledge |
