The Civil TFA will be responsible for managing all project management issues on the civil work scope and ensure project objectives, in terms of work scope, budget, time schedule, quality and EHS are met. Represent civil project towards site and line management and engaged subcontractors at site. Interface with all involved stakeholders for the benefit of the project success

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Responsible to the Site Manager for ensuring that all activities are carried out in accordance with the site EHS plan requirements and specifically defined safe systems of work to safely put people at work
• Ensure day-to-day health, safety and environmental-friendly operation of site civil & building construction activities by demonstrating personal commitment and leadership towards EHS
• Own the civil construction scope
• Ensure compliance with scope and quality requirements of construction
• Prepare civil principal quantity take-off
• Manage master time schedule (MTS)
• Maintain and revise the civil site time schedule (STS) based on design to construction sequence
• Monitor and assess time to complete (TPI)
• Conduct root cause analysis of all non-budgeted costs
• Act upon any deviation observed and stop concerned activity in case of a high-risk deviation for further consideration by the relevant parties
• Manage tender time schedule (TTS)
• Define any measure needed to make related projects comply with cost, time and quality targets
• Clarify the civil technical specifications/building works finishes
• Define Civil Turnover packages (CTO) definition
• Support the maintenance of the civil procurement schedule (CPS) and civil specialized structure schedules (esp. temp. structure)
• Support Civil cost controlling and forecast to complete (CPI)
• Support the Site Quality Representative in establishing the Quality Management System with subcontracting Company
• Support resolution of quality issues jeopardizing the work execution success
• Ability and willingness to work holidays, weekends and overtime as required by field assignments
• Travel may be required
• May be assigned other duties to help proactively drive our FieldCore vision and align with our organization’s core values.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• University degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent experience in project management with demonstrated work experience
• 7+ years of experiences working in civil engineering or in related industries
• Extensive travel to and from projects and various field assignments will be required.
• Able to connect and communicate across all level of site personnel and internal colleagues/stakeholders.
• Strong computer and MS Office skills (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
• Fluent English language skills (written and oral) with the ability to communicate and work effectively
