Preferred Profile

  • Bachelor’s/graduate degree in engineering or management, MBA preferred
  • 2-3 years of professional experience (preferably in management consultancy, fintech or payments domain, business development, strategic planning functions)
  • Verbal and written communication skills, effectively interacting with senior-level executives
  • Analytical skills, experience in quantitative data analysis and generating actionable insights

  Main Processes

       Key Responsibilities

  Daily Execution

  • Work closely with CEO and conduct ad-hoc financial and business analysis
  • Conduct research and take on special projects
  • Prepare analysis and presentation materials for the CEO
  • Prepare agendas for meetings, briefing materials, and presentations
  • Record and document all management team meeting minutes and follow-up with respective stakeholders on assigned tasks

  Business       Development and   Sales


  • Produce regular and ad-hoc research/reports on trends, competitor intelligence, and market landscape
  • Analyze business opportunities to identify new clients and product ideas
  • Assists with the development of a sales pipeline
  • Prepare business development and sales materials prior to client meetings
  • Plan and attend business development and sales meetings, follow-up and manage the client relationship
  • Assist the pricing process through developing financial modeling
  • Coordinate internal and external stakeholders during the pre-sales process
  • Support the execution and management of the customer contract agreement process

 Strategic Planning and Performance  Management

  • Monitor the market conditions and formulate strategies in order to establish and grow the business
  • Identify growth opportunities in local and regional markets, and assess strategic fit & financial feasibility,
  • Participate in the formulation of company vision and strategies
  • Create and execute projects defined in strategy roadmap in order to optimize/grow core business,
  • Facilitate strategic planning process and maintain coordination among related senior management
  • Determine corporate performance indicators and periodically monitor and report business performance

Financial Planning and Analysis


  • Track progress against the budget plan, raise a flag and recommend actions to meet planned outcomes
  • Develop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives
  • Monthly prepare and present financial reports to the CEO
  • Maintain accurate and up to date company data, reporting
