Professional skills and knowledge:

• Relevant Bachelor's degree

• Minium 4 years experience supporting multi-tiered applications

• Excellent knowledge of IP networking Fundamentals

• Excellent knowledge of Windows Server operating systems

• Very good working knowledge of SQL Database Administration

• Microsoft IIS Server Administration knowledge is highly desired

• A strong team player who has also the ability to work independently

• Languages: Fluent in English

• Cyber security knowledge is an asset

• UNIX / Linux operating systems knowledge will be an asset

İŞ TANIMI

We are currently seeking an experienced "Senior Application Support Engineer" to join our Implementation & Support Team. The candidate will work under supervision of Implementation & Support Department Manager.

As part of job description, the Application Support Engineer will be providing 24x7 high level support on telephone or on customers’ site, when necessary. We don't work with shifts.

As prior, no SWIFT knowledge is required, technical training will be given to recruited applicants.

The responsibilities will include:

• Participate in the day-to-day administration/management activities of SWIFT and Fineksus applications.

• Participate implementation, upgrade & patch installation activities of SWIFT and Fineksus applications.

• Monitoring of SWIFT and Fineksus applications.

• Identify problems and participate in problem management resolution by collecting necessary logs.

• Collaborate with development team for testing Fineksus applications.

• Participate remote or on-site support services to our customers during and after business hours.

• Performing regular health checks.

• Helping disaster recovery (DR) and business continuity planning (BCP) solutions
