QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Fineksus founded at Istanbul, Turkiye in 2002 as a software and professional services company which delivers technical consultancy, outsourcing services, standalone/SaaS AML and payment software solutions for Banks, Brokers and Corporates. With the beginning of 2013, Fineksus has started to manage its ongoing GCC Region operations, at the new office in Dubai, UAE. Banks who create %95 of the SWIFT traffic of Turkiye have chosen Fineksus as their relied and certified partner and also Fineksus is the leader AML solution provider for the market. Through the company's key offerings, SWIFT Service Bureau and Paygate™, Fineksus provide cost efficiency and rich functionality for financial messaging operations and compliance requirements. Fineksus leverage its solutions by experienced, certified consultants, high commitment to its partners and customer oriented service approach

What will you deal with

·       Generating leads.

·       Meeting or exceeding sales goals.

·       Preparing and submitting sales proposals.

·       Negotiating all proposal/contracts with prospective clients.

·       Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions and negotiations.

·       Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.

·       Managing and moderating client meetings.

·       Preparing weekly and monthly reports.

·       Coordinating sales efforts with marketing campaigns/programs.

·       Understanding and promoting company programs.

·       Obtaining deposits and balance of payment from clients.

·       Maintaining client records.

·       Answering client questions about credit terms, products, prices and availability.


What will you bring to us;

·       Bachelor’s degree in business, technical, marketing, economics or related field.

·       At least 3-5 years’ experience in sales/account management.

·       Sales experience in banking & finance sector is preferable

·       Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.

·       A commitment to excellent customer service.

·       No military obligations

·       Good in English

Preferred Skills

·       Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

·       Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers.

·       Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.

·       Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment
