• University degree in Business Management, Finance, Economics, Business Engineering and other related fields from a reputable

• Having CPA certificate is also will be an advantage.

• Minimum 7 years of finance experience in a corporate environment is required preferably last couple of years are spent at a retail company as CFO or similar role is expected

• Candidates with managerial experience in the holding and banking sectors are preferred

• Minimum 7 years of professional experience in tax auditing and consultancy (experience in TP, M&A, Tax Incentives, VAT refunds preferred)

• Strong  problem solving, negotiation skills, multi-tasking and project management skills

• Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Understanding business and keeping up to date with industry and regulatory changes and professional standards 

• CPA (SMMM) qualified

• Strong leadership both for managing the Finance, Accounting and Budget & Reporting teams

• Proactive, analytical, committed and able to manage different expectation and resolving conflicts with a diplomatic approach.

• Good command of English both spoken and written

• No barrier for frequent travelling

• No military obligation for male candidates

İŞ TANIMI

• The position reports to General Manager of the company as well as Board Members

• The person will manage Finance, Accounting and Budget & Reporting teams

• S/he will ensure the budgetary discipline in the company and cooperate with other management team members towards this objective

• To ensure excellence compliance to accounting principles and tax legislation

• Will supervise the plans, projects, investments, ensuring adequate attention to P&L, CF, BS, Capex and risk items in decision making process

• Leading relations with banks and creditors

• Authorizations on letters of credit, bank guarantees, renting new stores or franchisee relations.

• To liaise with Auditors consultants on audit, tax and statutory reporting issues

• Lead legal, ethics and compliance processes.
