Job Description:

• Having excellent level of export and import customs regulations, assisting all processes involved in International Trade
• Plan and manage execution of all logistics transactions, preparing and controlling necessary documentation
• Detailed knowledge of Harmonised Tariff System(GTİP), Risk-Based Trade Control System(TAREKS),Resource Utilization Support Fund(KKDF) and incoterms
• Coordination and communication with all stakeholders; internal customers, customs brokers agency, forwarder, Inspection company (if needed) and 3rdP warehousing service providers
• Take care of inbound & outbound shipments from and to all origins/Destinations; coordinate and instruct carriers and agents for final delivery and provide correct and full information to Logistics service providers, to execute inbound operations up to Goods Receipt in SAP
• Support the VAL and VAS product modification operation processes and flows, in line with the European Logistics Strategy, ensuring effective and efficiently driven processes.
• Coordinate the purchasing operations process in line with SAP, ensuring that necessary quantities for timely delivery are purchased on time
• Assist teams and organization staff with general administrative tasks
• Check purchase orders and invoice compliance
• Progress and decisions on VAS is supervised by the team leader

 Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree (Logistics Management, Business Administration or related field is preferred)
• Middle vocational level with more than 2 years of work experience in a logistics&procurement role; good knowledge of MS Office applications(especially Excel)
• Strong communication skills in English and Turkish both oral and written along with proven ability to implement change
• Proven experience within an international trade / customs compliance role
• Proven track record and knowledge of TR, EU & Far East regulations (especially in import and temporary export activities)
• Advanced computer skills
• Decision making, problem solving ability analytical ability
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Good work ethic and ability to work effectively in order to meet tight deadlines
• Strong multi-tasking skills, team player
• Self motivated and result oriented
• Ability to identify issues, develop solutions and drive results
• Valid Turkish driver’s license(B Class) is a plus
