Required Conditions;

1. Minimum 8 years’ practical experience as a HSE Manager developing and implementing HSE programs.
2. An engineering degree from a well-recognized university
3. Good command of English is a must.
4. Experience with management systems compliant to standards OHSAS 18001 (or ISO 45001) and ISO 14001
5. Experience performing Internal workshop/site audits and HSE management system audits
6. NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA certification is preferred
7. Occupational Safety Specialist Certificate
8. WWT experience, anaerobic system experience is preferred

Job Responsibilities

1. Provide environmental, safety expertise for the implementation that ensures integrity throughout the value chain, minimize risks, maximize opportunities and enhance reputation for the system.
2. Continuously track/assess level of implementation and advice to our plants on required actions to reach the Environmental and safety compliance and meet objectives.
3. Establish close communication with our plants to drive our Group and plant goals related with env and safety targets with a reduction trend. Ensure that commitments are made and accordingly delivered. 
4. Coordinate planning and implementation of environment and safety audits as well externally recognized ISO 14000 and OHSAS 18000 standards by providing data and expertise in the development, implementation and administration of programs and tools to improve plant capability. Follow up on corrective action and continuous improvement plans.
5. Leading Environment and safety Team members and WWT operation directly and report to Group Technical Operation Director.
6. Responsibility of   plants Waste Water Treatment ( anaerobic WWT with co-gen)
7. Coordinate sharing of knowledge and best practices across plants (water utilization, energy minimization, waste reduction and recycling and occupational safety & health). Support & help plants for the implementation of these projects.
8. Direct involvement and implementing of the key projects with plants and also in close collaboration with other functions; with a primary focus on:
   1. Water Efficiency and Waste Water Compliance
   2. Project related with “Carbon Strategy”;
   3. Project related with “Safe and Healthy Workplace” like safety and environment culture
   4. Participating and coordinating due-diligence studies in new and existing plants to highlight EOSH issue that may influence the final decision.
9. Capability Development on Environmental and safety aspects. Assess common training needs. Coordinate/Organize training programs for plant’s employees about technical SHE requirements or Company’s commitment/vision
10. Managing all relation with legal and private entities for legal compliance
