Finance Team Leader

We are looking for a Finance Team Leader for our international company with the qualifications below:

• University degree in business administration or accounting/finance,
• Minimum 8 years of experience in a large enterprise accounting environment,
• Minimum 3 years of tax or compliance experience and multinational company experience is highly preferred,
• Excellent skills of communication and negotiation,
• Being motivated self and his/her environment and result oriented,
• Excellent skills of analytical thinking and solving problem,
• Good understanding of Turkish Tax regulations (Income Tax, VAT, Tax Procedural Code, monthly/quarterly declarations) & USGAAP,
• Experience in SAP FI module and Oracle Hyperion system,
• Excellent skills of analytical thinking and solving problem,
• Good knowledge of MS Office Applications,
• Excellent command in English; both written and spoken,
• Completed military service for male applicants,
• SMM charter designation.

İŞ TANIMI

• Coordinates all the accounting activities in accordance with local legislation that maintain the company’s operations.
• Reviews tax filings coordinate it with external tax support council.
• Facilitates of all steps of monthly financial closing and reporting process.
• Prepares and reviews monthly financial reporting, balance sheet reconciliations, cash flow reports.
• Assists Finance Manager for the annual budgeting and monthly forecasting activities.
• Follows up regulation changes and ensures that the company is in compliance.
• Ensures that tight deadline and departments objectives are met.
• Prepares and reviews weekly foreign cash reports, budget variance reports, tax reports other metric reports monthly for head office in the USA.
• Liaises with auditors to complete the statutory audit process efficiently and within tight reporting deadlines.
• Other ad-hoc projects assigned by the finance manager.
