QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree from related Engineering Departments,
• Minimum 10 years management experience in Automotive Industry,
  
• Excellent command of English both written and spoken,
• Strong understanding of the IATF 16949,
  
• Experience and knowledge of quality tools,
  
• Ability to perform process audits,
  
• Understanding of technical drawings,
• 3D measurement equipment and methods knowledge is asset,
• Professional knowledge of MS applications 
• Pro- active, quality and result, change and improvement oriented,
• Planning, organization and problem-solving skills,
• Team management, coaching and leadership experience,
• No travel restrictions, domestic and international
• For male candidates, military service should be completed,
• Residence or able to reside in Kocaeli.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Determining quality standards and key performance indicators that will meet customer expectations,
• Representing the company to the customers,
• Ensuring that quality control procedures are defined and implemented at all stages from process, material and component to finished product,
• To guarantee the collection, processing and analysis of quality performance results in the production process,
• Following the quality problems, informing the management and company employees.
• Activating an action plan for a nonconformity that will affect the quality in the production process,
• To ensure the implementation of all necessary activities and controls in order to prevent quality errors,
• To understand, interpret and develop customer requests and standards,
• To take necessary actions by intervening in time to possible problems thanks to continuous performance monitoring and information flow, to take an active part in continuous improvement activities,
• Ensuring that the incoming quality control and laboratory activities,
• To make the necessary coordination for the training, personal development
• To ensure that the required communication flow is smooth within the team and with other departments,
• Ensuring accurate reporting in the areas under its responsibility,
• To direct the team and workflows in parallel with customer and company expectations,
• Performing the controls of the supplier companies, approving and reporting to the management.
