Your Job Description

• Responsible for the determination, preparation and follow-up of the Production Plan of both factories and subcontractors in line with the sales targets.
• Responsible preparing of the production program that balances the change and stock costs
• Provides the necessary coordination for the raw material/material requirement and supply planning and organization required for the timely production of the production in the Production Plan.
• Participates in design and new product development studies at the stage of determining the procurement and production schedules of the products.
• Participates in the evaluation of data related to studies and improvement studies related to the planning process in order to increase efficiency.
• Participate in improvement projects aimed at cost improvement, waste reduction and prevention of natural resource waste within the scope of Operational Excellence and Value Generation studies.
• Responsible for controlling the orders sent to domestic and foreign suppliers and revising the production program in case of any disruption.

Your Job Profile

• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration,
• 5 years of experience in Planning
• Proficiency in MS Office programs, experienced in SAP 
• Advanced English level,
• Excellent planning, organizing and coordination skills,
• High level of agility with problem solving skills in a fast-paced work environment
• Strong analytical skills 
• Able to work in Ankara
