GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for international sales specialists to work in our organization operating in the field of Health Tourism.

·         Preferably with experience in the health sector or in the field of health tourism

·         Advanced level of English

·         Persuasive, smiling face / positive energy

·         Experienced in sales

·         Being able to monitor the portfolio and have a good knowledge of the health tourism processes,

·         Advanced level of MS Office programs,

·         Developed problem solving skills

·         Compatible with teamwork,

·         Able to adapt to a flexible working system

·         Have strong communication skills

·         Developed organizational and communication skills

JOB DESCRIPTION

·         Informing the patients on all issues related to the procedure to be performed, ensuring the necessary follow-ups and patient satisfaction,

·         Meeting patient requests by providing the necessary coordination with the relevant units,

·         Ensuring patient satisfaction by approaching patient problems with a solution-oriented approach,

·         Providing post-operative follow-up of patients, ensuring continuous communication with patients,

·         Assessing patient requests from online sources and making sales by informing patients,

·         To carry out current sectoral market analysis and to work to increase the sales volume in line with foreign sales targets,

·         Communicating effectively with patients; informing patients and doing promotions.

·         Meeting the demands of international patients and scheduling appointments,
