QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Your Background:

• Bachelor's degree in related fields,
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience in Sales Department,
• Fluency in written and spoken English,
• French and/or Arabic will be a plus.
• Good command of MS Office Applications,
• Well-developed motivational and leadership skills,
• Familiar with data analysis and reporting,
• Teamwork oriented with excellent communication abilities,
• Live or willing to live in Manisa or İzmir.

Your Resposibilities:

• Maintains regular contact with all international customers by customer visits and negotiations,
• Resolves customer complaints through investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports,
• Identify different sales channels and tools; trade committees and other research channels; develop business leads/ find new customers and distributors and suggest new opportunities,
• Develops plans and strategies by coordinating with the managers to achieve the regional export sales target,
• Follows up on customer payments, ensures the financial debts are in accordance within the company’s and the customer’s accounts,
• Leadership and guidance to customer service, planning and logistics teams to ensure that customers receive their appropriate shipments,
• Prepare export reports and customer sales performance reports, sector, territory, competitor and market analysis,
• Attends international fairs both as an exhibitor and/or visitor.
