Which tasks is the “Foreign Trade & International Logistics  Business Development Executive” responsible for at FLO?

• Work cross-departmentally to identify and facilitate operational improvement projects,
• Execute multi-year continuous improvement plans with other departments to track progress,
• Execute continuous improvement pipeline with the regional management teams, including the selection, tracking, and running of operations,
• Identify methodological problems, raise awareness and take action for its solution,
• Provide continuous feedback and follow up in regard to operational guidelines, product, and system developments,
• Work with all levels of the organization to influence change,
• Execute complex, high-priority improvement projects,
• Maintain a KPI based reporting structure; analyze data from operational systems,
• Monitor, identify, evaluate and implement new business models and new trends,
• Undertake the interface function between business units and IT to transform the business needs and requirements into automation and digitalization,
•  Support logistics teams and departments for efficiency and performance measurement,

• Monitor annual budget and able to create alarm mechanism for unexpected results.

If you think the job description is appropriate for you and;

• If you have graduated from related departments of universities, (Preferably Industrial / Business Engineering),
•  If you have more than 5 years of professional experience in process improvement, design, lean practices, operational excellence projects and preferably logistics,
• If you are an expert on logistics flows; you have experience in planning, developing and executing complex processes; you have strong analytical and quantitative skills (passion for process flows, metrics, numbers and cost analysis etc.),
• If you have strong communication and leadership skills and the ability to manage complex organizational structures and high-level relationships, you have the ability to influence project participants and 3PLs.
• If you can do feasibility studies, if you are experienced in data and cost analysis,
• If you have strong analytical and outstanding communication skills (both written and verbal); You can communicate well with both technical and non-technical teams and 3PLs.
• If you have high-level presentation skills,
• If you are open to new approaches and new ideas,
• If you can handle proactivity and a fast-paced environment,
• If you have strong excel know-how and preferably macro&power BI expertise,
•  If you have knowledge of written and spoken English fluency.
