QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree in a Business-related discipline
• Experienced in leasing and contract processes
• 7+ years experience in shopping mall, street shop location and leasing processes
• Strong communication, representation and negotiation skills
• Fluency in English
• Advanced reporting skills and good reporting techniques
• No obstacle to travel abroad
• No military obligation for male candidates.

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for “International Leasing Manager” who will work in the In Street organization, report to the Assisstant General Manager.

• Preparing reports to manage the store portfolio, including feasibility studies for newly opened stores, and supporting decision-making processes
• To follow the whole process in order to evaluate the store openings from a financial, technical and legal perspective
• To follow the contract renewal processes of existing international stores, to be responsible for solving the rent and management problems of the stores
• Develop a growth strategy to achieve targeted amount of locations, implement new standards, procedures etc relevant to the new market / country
• Perform feasibility studies including partner alliances to ensure success of new markets including legal, local, government regulations and business setup process
• Perform competitor analysis, new retail site locations negotiations; liaise with Malls & legal etc.
