International Wholesale Region Manager (Russia)

• Bachelor's degree,
• At least 5 years of experience in a relevant position in retail or similar sector,
• Verbal and written fluency both in English, Russian,
• Experienced in CIS / MENA regions,
•  Customer focused and result-oriented,
• Excellent communication skills and demonstrated ability to work collaboratively,
• Excellent financial/data analysis skills, and profit & loss responsibility,
• Proficiency in MS Office,
• Have no restriction to travel.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Contributing to the determination of the targets of the International Wholesale Channel and ensuring the realization of the targets,
• Creating and managing the wholesale organization in target countries, creating dealer channels, increasing the penetration of brands through these channels,
• Visiting existing and potential customers, promoting company solutions and product portfolio,
• To determine the overseas wholesale budget and regional targets for the spring - summer and autumn - winter seasons, to ensure that the unit targets are achieved,
• Planning the organization of order meetings for the spring, summer - autumn winter seasons.
