Our company

We are a biopharmaceutical company with proprietary technology, know-how and experience in manufacturing therapeutic proteins in shortest time and in the most economic way. We develop production cells and culture media for manufacturing biopharmaceutical proteins and vaccines.

Your tasks and responsibilities

You will develop an expression system for production of recombinant proteins with animal cells.

The expression system will have follogin characteristics. A vector system shall permit to isolate transfectants in a short time. Clone identification and isolation shall be performed with construction of selectiv marker gene, selective reagent in medium and selection procedures.

The high expression vector will be developed by cloning of many different expression plasmids varying by different genes or the same gene in different positions in the plasmid. The main work is, therefore plasmid construction and thus cloning techniques.

Your application

In order to apply for the positions, you must fulfill following criteria:

• You have studied molecular biology and have PhD in which you have used molecular biology techniques extensively
• You are an absolut expert in vector design, plasmid construction, gene cloning, increasing and decresing of gene activities, interrelationship of genes on the same vector, monocistronic and bicistronic vector design, titration of gene dosis, population dynamics and clone selection
• You have completed your studies on the top 10% of your class
