HISTORY
Founded in Milano, the capital of the fashion industry, Flormar was acquired by the Şenbay Family in the year 1970 and began production in Turkey. Flormar became an indispensable brand for women with its yearly production of 120 million units, as well as its wide range of products consisting of blushes, foundations, eyeshadows, mascaras, lipsticks, nail polishes, accessories and skin care products.
Flormar, as one of the world’s leading make-up companies, also has a 21% share in the color cosmetics market of Turkey. Focusing on foreign operations since the year 2008, Flormar has covered a long distance in order to become a global brand with its 650 shops located in 250 cities in 93 countries. Also one of the top 500 exporting companies in Turkey, Flormar provides added value to Turkey’s economy by reaching women across the world through its presence in over 40,000 retail outlets. • University degree from engineering or management departments of reputable universities (chemical engineering is preferred)
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously to meet goals and deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs,
• Good time management and organizational skills
• Strong emphasis on accuracy and detail
• Excellent command of English
• Willing to work in Gebze

İŞ TANIMI

• Implement procurement strategies to ensure product availability
• Opening and concluding tenders according to procurement strategies in the category that they are responsible, and following the process of contract
• Leading in alternative options and price research in the new product development process Ensure proper management of the procurement process so that launches can be made on time
• To ensure correct and timely execution of supplier and material approval processes
• Ensure that the supplied material is affordable in terms of quality and availability
• To follow the incentive / bonus systems determined according to the agreements in related materials and to take necessary actions.
• To improve efficiency projects and bring together necessary units on common platform
• To compare the budget and realization of material unit prices on a monthly basis, to explain if there is difference, to take action. Follow market trends and take preventative actions to reduce costs
• To work with suppliers to increase productivity and to pass new projects to life
• Being part of the change agenda of the company.
