Flormar became an indispensable brand for women with its yearly production of 120 million units, as well as its wide range of products consisting of blushes, foundations, eyeshadows, mascaras, lipsticks, nail polishes, accessories and skin care products.

As Flormar, we are looking for a " Production Planning Specialist" for our growing and highly dynamic team. 

• BS degree in industrial or mechanical engineering
• Minimum 2 year experience of production planning
• Strong analytical thinking and excellent communication for teamwork & presentation skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills & Self-motivated, energetic and hardworking within tight schedules
• Advanced computer skills and knowledge of MS Office programs with experienced on ERP & MRP systems (SAP knowledge is a plus)
• Good at written and spoken English
• Male candidates should have completed their military service

İŞ TANIMI

• Preparing production plan on daily, weekly and monthly period for related production areas according to sales forecast & minimum stock level targets from top to bottom including all semi -finished goods production plan
• Planning of production in accordance with customer priorities, productivity levels, stoc kout and capacity requirements
• Preparing & submitting stock in dates for related finish good to ensure shipments on time
• Carry out planning tasks for new product developments, including switch over timings, write-off calculations, capacity allocations, launch time plan & detailed production plan
• Running MRP based on short & long term plan, checking the material stock level and open purchase requisitions for needed materials based on MRP
• Preparing monthly & yearly forecast for raw materials and checking the availability of materials to the production with working purchasing department collaboration
• Preparing KPI reports with analyzing them to achieve on success
• Responsible from stock planning and optimization activities with reporting daily, weekly and monthly level
