Responsibilities:

•        Provide extensive legal support to various departments to ensure alignment with legal regulations and company objectives.
•        Develop and review contract templates to facilitate business units in managing contractual requests.
•        Conduct risk analysis in current and newly onboarded businesses, taking into account changes in legislation.
•        Lead change when necessary, informing relevant departments to implement necessary actions.
•        Handle lawsuits and enforcement proceedings, liaising with contracted law firms or representing in person when required.
•        Monitor changes in legal regulations, keeping relevant departments informed.
•        Manage the company's trademark applications, renewals, objections, and other transactions.
•        Develop and implement an effective Compliance Program, including periodic reviews of Compliance Policies and Procedures.
•        Adhere to local policies, legislation, corporate ethical standards, and provide continuous guidance to departments on strategic projects ensuring compliance.
•        Contribute to ensuring processes and projects align with relevant legislation and standards, conducting risk assessments and preventive actions.
•        Keep up-to-date with security scans findings and provide necessary information.
•        Maintain management teams' awareness of current compliance issues and trends.

Qualifications:

• At least four (4) years of professional experience.
• In-house legal experience is preferred.
• Proficiency in the Law of Obligations, Commercial Law, Labor Law, Competition Law, Tax-Administrative Law.
• Experience in the field of Personal Data Protection Law is a plus.
• Advanced level of English.
• Solution-oriented approach.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to handle a high work tempo.
• Exceptional business follow-up skills and time management.

Education:

Law degree from a reputable university.

Master's degree is preferable.
