GKN Fokker Elmo Turkey founded in 2007 in the Aegean Free Zone in Izmir, It's customer portfolio includes some of the leaders of the aerospace and defense industry. GKN Fokker Elmo has facilities in Netherlands, Turkey, China, India, Canada and the US.

GKN Fokker Elmo, acquired in 2015 by the UK based group GKN Aerospace, which is operative in aerospace, automotive and powder metallurgy industries with nearly 58.000 employees in more than 30 countries, manufactures electrical connection systems for the aerospace industry.

We are looking for new colleagues to join our team of young and dynamic professionals. The candidates should possess below qualifications:

• University degree in preferably Industrial Engineering, Economics, BA.
• Minimum 3-4 years experience in a manufacturing company about long term planning,
• Proficiency in English, 
• Very good command of ERP and MS office knowledge, 
• Ability to communicate, formulate and report in a clear understandable manner,
• Analytical and team player. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• To draft a main production plan on the basis of a forecast or delivery plan for mid and long term.
• To execute what-if analyses and scenario’s to asses additional client demand on feasibility.
• Drafting a feasible and realistic main production plan that has been agreed with the disciplines involved.
• Responsible for the management of the weekly MPS in order to balance demand and supply within available capacity and set Inventory targets.
• Orchestrate the cross-functional MPS activities following the GKN Aerospace standard.
• Ensure relevant KPI’s are monitored and PDCA approach applied with A3 in case of deviation to ensure targets are delivered in a sustainable way (e.g.: Master Schedule Adherence, Customer Past Dues, Days Inventory Outstanding).
